My name is Mark, I'm a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and a Level 3 Holistic Therapist. I started massage therapy over 20 years ago. I love to help people and to demonstrate how massage can improve their mobility & quality of life.

Mark is phenomenal at what he does! I went to mark flowing major surgery with chrinoc lower back pain. It turned out i had issues within my hips and pelvic region too! The pain in my lower back has completely vanished. Mark is such a lovely, honest and down to earth person, and i love how passionate he is about his work. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Mark for all the fantastic advice also :)
