Mark offers an excellent service, very professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and has really helped me and already booked repeat appointments as he has done wonders already, but these things take a bit of time to sort out but would and have already recommend to family and friends. 5 stars well deserved.

I have been going to Mark for a number of months after searching the local area for a massage that benefits the body. Mark has solved issues that I have been facing from running & sports, ranging from tightness in the muscles to knee injury support. From his work alone I went from a knee that was painful to walk on or bend, to completing a half marathon a week later, something that before the appointment with Mark I thought I was going to have to withdraw from.

Mark provides excellent treatment, both in terms of assessment and the appliance of the right technique depending on the issue. He checks with you throughout the treatment which means he sorts the right thing out. Ive always found it tricky to explain where the pain is originating from but as he checks whilst making the assessment it becomes clear and the pain can be properly resolved meaning I come out of my treatment feeling much much better. I can highly recommend

Mark is phenomenal at what he does! I went to mark flowing major surgery with chrinoc lower back pain. It turned out i had issues within my hips and pelvic region too! The pain in my lower back has completely vanished. Mark is such a lovely, honest and down to earth person, and i love how passionate he is about his work. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Mark for all the fantastic advice also :)
